Elite Product Designer

We are looking for an Elite Product Designer with exceptional product thinking, visual design skills, and a strong understanding of user experience. This role is for someone who can take complex product requirements and turn them into simple, intuitive, and highly polished digital experiences.

The ideal candidate is not just a UI designerโ€”you should be able to understand the problem, challenge assumptions, think through user journeys, and make thoughtful design decisions from concept through final implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and ideation to final UI and developer handoff.
  • Translate business requirements, user needs, and product goals into intuitive and effective user experiences.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI.
  • Design polished experiences for web and/or mobile applications with strong attention to usability and visual detail.
  • Identify UX problems and simplify complex workflows, information, and interactions.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, reusable components, patterns, and design standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Use research, user feedback, product data, and usability insights to improve design decisions.
  • Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and design validation.
  • Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure the final product accurately reflects the intended experience.
  • Maintain consistency across the product while continuously raising the overall quality of the user experience.
  • Stay current with modern product design practices, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and usability.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and component design.
  • Ability to create both low-fidelity concepts and highly polished production-ready designs.
  • Experience designing complex digital products, SaaS platforms, dashboards, enterprise applications, or consumer-facing products.
  • Strong understanding of how designs translate into real products and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • Ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind design decisions and confidently present work to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the broader product and business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of design problems.

What Sets an Elite Candidate Apart

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinkingโ€”not just visually attractive screens.
  • Evidence of taking products or major features from problem definition through launch and iteration.
  • Ability to simplify complicated workflows without sacrificing functionality.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior and the ability to explain why a particular design solution works.
  • Experience working on sophisticated SaaS, B2B, AI-enabled, fintech, enterprise, or data-heavy products.
  • Experience designing AI-powered features, conversational interfaces, or modern AI-first workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals when making design decisions.
  • A high bar for craft, consistency, usability, and overall product quality.

Portfolio Requirement

A strong product design portfolio is required. It should ideally include case studies showing the problem, your design process, key decisions, iterations, and final outcomeโ€”not just finished UI screens.
