Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Native App Developer with expertise in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin/Java (Android). The ideal candidate has fintech experience, understands secure data handling, and can build high-performance mobile apps that interface with financial systems, document capture pipelines, and AI-based decision engines.

You will lead the development of Lendverse’s customer-facing and partner-facing mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. App Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain native iOS and/or Android apps.
  • Build responsive, secure, and user-friendly interfaces for:
    • Digital onboarding
    • KYC & document upload
    • Loan application and approval workflow
    • Credit decision updates & notifications
    • Repayment and loan management
  1. Integrations
  • Integrate mobile app features with:
    • Backend APIs and microservices
    • OCR/document scanning tools
    • Biometric authentication (FaceID, TouchID)
    • Payment gateways (e.g., card, bank transfer, wallets)
  • Implement real-time features using WebSockets or push notifications.
  1. Security & Compliance
  • Ensure secure data encryption, secure storage, and secure API communication.
  • Apply fintech-grade security practices (e.g., SSL pinning, data masking).
  • Comply with KYC/AML, data protection, and banking security standards.
  1. Performance & Optimization
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tests, and UI/UX optimization.
  • Optimize app speed, offline handling, and crash prevention.
  1. Collaboration
  • Work closely with backend, AI, and product teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and releases.
  • Maintain high documentation and coding standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of mobile development experience.
  • Expert in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin/Java (Android).
  • Experience building fintech or high-security applications.
  • Strong understanding of offline caching, secure storage, and state management.
  • Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Firebase / AWS SNS / OneSignal notifications
    • Camera and file upload workflows
    • App Store / Play Store publishing

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter or React Native).
  • Exposure to OCR, AI models, or MLKit.
  • Experience with Open Banking or financial APIs.
  • Understanding of UX/UI for financial applications.
